 Unlike a lot of our competitors, we require a (free) application be submitted prior to being able to view any properties.

Once pre-approved, we will accompany you to view our rental properties. 

 We pride ourselves on our comprehensive leases. You will receive property disclosures from the Owner(s) in addition to the usual lease forms. We will provide you with a copy of HOA rules, if applicable. No grey areas, no guessing. Know what you're getting and what you are responsible for up front. 

  hi X realty conducts a property inspection at move-in and every 6 months thereafter to check for general lease compliance and any outstanding maintenance or repair needs. 

Tenants are also able to submit maintenance tickets as needed through our management portal.
