Tenants

Unlike a lot of our competitors, we require an application be submitted prior to being able to view any properties. If/once approved, we will accompany you to view our rentals that fit your budget and interest you.

We pride ourselves on our comprehensive leases. You will receive property disclosures from the Owners in addition to the usual lease forms. We will provide you with a copy of HOA rules, if applicable. No grey areas, no guessing. Know what you're getting and what you are responsible for up front.

hi X realty conducts a property inspection at move-in and every 6 months thereafter to check for general lease compliance and any outstanding maintenance or repair needs. 

Tenants are also able to submit maintenance tickets through our management portal.
